01 Quality assurance
Quality assurance: Within the warranty period, our customers will receive technical support provided by our designated engineers, as well as unconditional repair or replacement of equipment with any design, manufacturing and quality defects.

02 Troubleshooting
After receiving the customer's notice of any equipment failure, we will provide a prompt and definitive response, and dispatch personnel to the site within 24 hours if necessary.

03 Regular return visit
We will pay regular return visits and patrol inspections to learn about the operation status of the equipment and guide customers in application.
